Current WK Queen of PPV Champion: Dan Kaufman (2nd Reign)
Introduced in the spring of 2014, this championship is the crown jewel of "The Wrestling Kennection", awarded to those who are tops in making PPV predictions!
As you can imagine, this championship is hotly contested among the WK Krew, almost always changing hands from PPV to PPV.
Unlike other wrestling championships, this title isn't won by one's blood, sweat and tears, but rather through cunning, logic, and how well you know about how the WWE and its booking and writing (or lack thereof) works!
King of PPV Facts
Most Reigns: Kenny Hill (13)
Longest Reign: Brian Dorrington, Jr. (3 months; Sept. 2014 - Dec. 2014)
The inaugural champion was Kenny Hill, who won it following the Extreme Rules Pay-Per-PreView in May 2014.
Everyone on the WK Krew has held the title at least once.
WK Big 4 PPV Championship
Current WK Big 4 PPV Champion: "The Wonderbird" Alison Sherman (1st Reign)
Named after the WWE's "Big 4" PPVs (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series), this secondary title was introduced and awarded to Zack in January 2016.
The Big 4 PPV title is won by the WK Krew member who places second at a "Big 4" WWE Pay-Per-View.
While it was initially to honor Zack for his several close calls at clinching the King of PPV title, the Big 4 PPV championship also provides its holder an opportunity in the duration between any two "Big 4" PPVs to cash in for a chance to double up on points for a PPV match pick, even a "Lock of the Night", meaning a possible whopping 4 points could be theirs, paving their way to a King of PPV championship victory!
Buyer beware, though! If the holder gets the pick wrong, they LOSE a point! Risk or reward at its finest!
Big 4 PPV Facts
Julie is the first (and only) woman to win both the King ("Queen") of PPV and Big 4 PPV championships.
Zack is the first WK Krew member to win both championships...as well as the first to win the King of PPV title despite losing out on his Big 4 cash-in.
The concepts of the Big 4 PPV Championship are borrowed from WWE's "Money in the Bank" and Impact Wrestling's "Option C" for its X Division Championship, both of which could be cashed in for a shot at their respective promotion's top championship!
Nick is the first WK Krew member to successfully cash in their Big 4 PPV title and win the WK King of PPV championship!
Greg is the first WK Krew member to win the King of PPV title without having to cash in the Big 4 PPV title, being the first individual to hold both titles at the same time!
